DEPOSIT/REFUND POLICY

DEPOSIT / REFUND POLICY:  There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on deposits or any pre-payment funds remitted! All sales are final. Deposit funds are exhausted and used planning pairing(s) and if you end up passing or changing your mind for whatever reason they cannot be recovered or returned. Planning pairings isn't free. Stud fees are thousands of dollars! Blood testing for progesterone levels, DNA/health screenings, ultrasounds, all sorts of things take place preparing for these beautiful puppies and not one of them is cheap or free! This is why we ask everyone to be 100% certain before beginning this process with us... because there is no going back once we have started! Your deposits and prepayments are what pay for all of these preparations and unfortunately if we are unable to recover them then that means you are also unable to recover them. Please understand this and be certain you are ready to welcome one of our precious pups into your home before proceeding. Ask all family members or loved ones involved. Leave no room for mishap or surprise! You are making a commitment and it's one we will hold you to without exception.
